About Me

In the 1920’s people traveled by train for miles to my Papou’s bakery shop in Manhattan to enjoy his pastries, especially his famous crème puffs. I’m a second-generation Greek myself, have lived in the Mediterranean, and have worked in the food business for many years. To us (the Greeks), memorable meals are the “Life-force” or “Chi” that brings family and friends together. Good food, good drink, and good company is what we believe life is all about.
